Why did I lose my streaks and favorites?
All data in Coffee Hunter is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app, updated your device, or restored from a backup, your data may have been lost. Unfortunately, we cannot recover this data as it's never sent to our servers.
Why isn't a coffee shop showing up?
Coffee Hunter uses public map data to show coffee shops. If a shop is missing, it may not be listed in the map service we use. You can report missing shops to us and we'll do our best to help!
How do I backup my data?
Currently, Coffee Hunter doesn't support data backup or sync. All data stays on your device. We're considering adding this feature in the future!
Is my location data safe?
Yes! Your location is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers. We take your privacy seriously. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
