1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Coffee Hunter mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Coffee Hunter is a mobile application that helps users discover coffee shops near their location. The App provides:

• Interactive map showing nearby coffee shops
• Information about coffee shops (name, address, hours, etc.)
• Ability to save favorite coffee shops
• Streak tracking for daily app usage
• Achievement badges and gamification features
• Distance calculations to coffee shops

3. License and Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App

4. Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services to function properly. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can control location permissions through your device settings. However, denying location access will significantly limit the App's functionality.

5. User Data

5.1 Local Storage

All user data (favorites, streaks, badges, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to this data.

5.2 Data Loss

Important: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all your data, including favorites, streaks, and badges. We cannot recover this data. You are responsible for any data loss resulting from uninstallation or device issues.

6. Third-Party Data

Coffee shop information displayed in the App is sourced from third-party services and public databases. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of coffee shop information
• That all coffee shops in an area are displayed
• That business hours, addresses, or other details are current
• The quality or characteristics of any coffee shop

We recommend verifying information directly with the coffee shop before visiting.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any inaccurate or incomplete information in the App
• Any unauthorized access to your device
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or malware that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coffee Hunter and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Update the App's features and functionality
• Change or remove content within the App
• Require updates to continue using the App

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coffee Hunter regarding the use of the App.
